Accomplishments:
Each month millions of alcohol tax dollars were being lost due to reports that could no longer be assembled on time. Made improvement to data flow assuring that reports relating to company alcohol usage were on time resulting in full alcohol tax refunds.
Assembled a one page daily dashboard report for call center managers providing them with accurate and concise information which was not previously available. This allowed managers to focus on crucial items needing their immediate attention. This project had been attempted a number of times over several years and had always ended in failure. The report became known internally as “The Booth Report”
Prepared a set of web-based reports that we published on our intranet to be used by the company's clients. This resulted in clients having better information, quicker, and in a more meaningful layout. This also left our own staff with fewer demands on them for hand holding and for special one-time reports.
